Hi, I just found your blog. Very nice.
You appear to be at the stage we are at. Our first big "thing" was to be debt free and we have succeeded at that! We have also down sized tremendously. We found out a couple of years ago--when we were without power for 5 days due to an ice storm-that our house is pretty easy to heat without power.
I have purchased a canning set like this one also. My hubby knows more about that than I do, so he is in charge of it.
I have posted warnings and links on my blog a few times but, no one really takes it seriously...that is too bad because it will affect everybody.
